This telescoping garden hose nozzle is our favorite for a number of reasons. It is telescoping so you can reach far back to water plants in the back of your garden. It also has 6 different patters of watering.
This one was our favorite so much we ended up buying a second one because we use it all the time and have one designated for the front and one for the back.
What we like:

- Control the water flow
- Comfortable handle
What we don't like:
- It's not as easy to store as some smaller garden hose nozzles.
2. Bon-Aire Ultimate Aluminum Hose Nozzle
This fireman style hose nozzle is another heavy duty nozzle built to last. They make it with aircraft-grade aluminum which is impressive. It's also easy to store because of it's size.
What we like:
- 5 different water patterns
- Easy to store
- 2 way shutoff
What we don't like:
- Not as easy to hold as other nozzles.
3.INNAV8 Water hose nozzle sprayer (with thumb control)
If you have to water a large garden, the more ergonomic the nozzle, the better! This nozzle sprayer lets you easily turn the water on or off with just your thumb.
What we like:

- thumb control
- easy to hold
What we don't like:
- If you have hard water, this will clog up quicker.
Garden Hose Nozzle FAQ
The Wasser Vela telescoping nozzle is our favorite because it doesn't leak. It has a rubber gasket to help prevent leaks and it really does work!
Check your nozzle to make sure it has a rubber gasket to help stop leaks. If not, make the switch to Wasser Vela.
Depending on what you are watering, you should choose a garden hose nozzle that offers a variety of sprays. Misting is great for more delicate plants and seedlings. For soaking trees, you want the nozzle to spray a lot of water quickly.
